Travelled with my wife, spent 3 nights here and had a fairly nice stay. Compact superior king room was authentic. The room had multi-channel television, a seating area, and ironing facilities plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

great hosts but noise from outside was distracting

Chris and David. Their warm hospitality stood out. The decor was really good, showcasing unique touches, even more so with the wonderful ambiance along the canal.

We found the noise from the street to be a little distracting at night.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying an interesting area, not far from the popular attractions and restaurants, and the Amsterdam Central station. The staff members were very friendly and superfriendly. Brand-new room, that also was stylish with character. Liked our absolutely fantastic and excellent breakfast with the best coffee and tee, for example. Our stay was an EXTRA SPECIAL experience.

We loved exploring the nearby canals and took a boat tour that was lovely. The hosts were super friendly and provided a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Just a heads up, the stairs are steep, so brace yourself when carrying your luggage!

The bathroom was quite cold , a bit uncomfortable.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the comfy Superior King Room with a great little pamper box with snacks and drinks. The breakfast was self-serve and allowed us to take our time while enjoying fresh coffee and a cozy atmosphere. Just a heads up, the stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so it's worth considering if you have heavy luggage 😊
